I'm selling a large part of my private collection. Starting with this very well kept Omega Speedmaster Professional, 3570.50.00 from 2012. Bought at a very well respected jeweller in The Netherlands in May 2022. A wonderful piece that wears like a smaller watch for the 42mm it is. The Speedmaster is a bit more understated than it’s competitors and has been at my side as a daily wearer, so unavoidably there is some wear on the watch and bracelet. Nothing a quick polish can’t handle. The watch runs great and I’m sad to say goodbye to it. Watch comes with boxes and papers, including invoice from 2022. Obviously selling as is as, but I can guarantee you’ll have a wonderful time with this Speedy at your side. Asking for a fair EUR 5100, exc. shipping, EU only. Will ship with track/trace and with registry (aangetekend), if requested also with insurance. Payment via PayPal only. Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
