Happy September, watch exchange! Listing my Nomos Glashütte “Tangente Neomatic 41 Update” with a handful of extras. The Nomos caliber DUW6101 has a date wheel that circles the outer edge of the dial. The date function can be set forwards or backwards on these models which you rarely see. The case wears well at 40.5mm and slides easily under a cuff at only 7.8mm. This watch has been worn gently and is in overall fantastic condition. Comes with factory black cordovan strap with BOTH factory pin-buckle and deployant clasp. Also included will be a Milanese mesh bracelets that allows for more casual wear and compliments the watch perfectly. Watch comes with full kit (box and papers). The factory cordovan strap has some scratches from installing the deployant clasp but otherwise in good condition. Card stamped and dated 8/26/22. Pics show current condition of the watch but please reach out for closeups of any part for inspection. Price to buy new Watch $4100 Nomos deployant clasp $100 Merriott mesh bracelet $63 Offered for $2250 + label. Reasonable offers and trades up or down for luxury timepieces will be considered

NOMOS Glashütte is a German watchmaking company based in Glashütte, Saxony, which specializes in manual-winding and automatic mechanical watches. It was founded in January 1990, two months after the fall of the Berlin Wall, by Roland Schwertner. The designs for the first collection were drawn up by Susanne Günther, drawing influence from the Bauhaus purist style. NOMOS's designs have been widely praised for their clean and modernist aesthetic. In its early years, the company focused on manufacturing mechanical watches with hand-wound movements. The basis for the movement was, until 2005, the Swiss-made ETA SA / Peseux 7001. Annual production is approximately 20,000 pieces.

Since 2005, NOMOS Glashütte has only used in-house movements. Beginning with α (Alpha), a manual winding caliber, the range has since been expanded to include a range of other manual winding movements with additional functions. The first automatic NOMOS watch, the Tangomat, was first introduced in the summer of 2005. NOMOS Glashütte has gradually expanded its range of watches to include new models and sizes, such as Ahoi and Metro.
