ABOUT THIS WATCH:  MANUFACTURER: Vacheron & Constantin REFERENCE: 6099 YEAR: 1956 SERIAL: 517346 CASE: The 32mm solid 18kt pink gold case is in good shape. The case has been previously polished in the past. The case back still illustrates the original brushed finishing. The hallmarks both inside and outside of the case are present and accounted for. The case and case back are serialized and matching confirming they were originally assembled and paired at Vacheron.  DIAL:  An original pink enamel dial complete with raised enamel "Vacheron & Constantin Geneve" Signature. The raised signature is completely intact and pronounced. The dial exhibits no signs of cleaning. There is one very faint, small dot near the 6 o'clock hour marker than can be seen during certain lighting and viewing angles.  MOVEMENT: Vacheron ultra thin manually wound caliber 1003. The movement is currently out for a full service which includes complete disassembly of movement and case, ultrasonic cleaning with appropriate solutions, replacement of any parts that may be necessary, reassembly and fine tuning of timekeeping to ensure accuracy. It will be warrantied for one year.  BRACELET:  The watch will not come on the pictured strap.
