All new. Black rubber strap is high quality FKM - 22mm lug width and quick release spring bars. 2 deployment clasps are 20mm (typically fit straps with 22mm lug width as there is usually a 2mm taper. One is a butterfly (Blancpain style), the other is standard folding “IWC” style. Looking for $40 shipped for the lot
