Hi everyone! Putting up this rare gem with a storied history. Super stunning piece with an incredible wrist presence, but I just don’t find myself reaching for it as much as I would like. Most Seiko lovers will know this as the first model of the “Grand Seiko” conceived in the late 1960/beginning of 1961, and was also the first watch by the company to attain the Swiss chronometer standard. Its wholesome and timeless design sits neatly within a thick 14k gold (80 microns) plated case with a classic 35mm dimension. This is a ‘raised dial’ version, and is also the most popular one. Apart from the normal hairline marks from age, it is otherwise in an excellent vintage condition with an unpolished/untarnished case. It was also recently serviced locally last month in Singapore via an independent watchmaker. The crown turns smoothly with a very satisfying grind, and it easily runs more than a good full day from just around 20 turns, with an impressive +5s/day deviation from observation (YMMV). All old original parts are kept, and will be included. I see these being sold for much higher, but I'm happy to offer it at a loosely negotiable $3999, including shipping from Singapore to wherever you are. I accept payment via Wise (preferred) or bank wire. Please let me know if you have any questions! Full album with timestamp: [https://imgur.com/a/UCWjmWW](https://imgur.com/a/UCWjmWW) Thank you! David
