Good evening all. Up for sale is a 1956 Omega Constellation 2852 with original red display box and outer white box. The stainless steel case, lugs, and buckle are "capped" in rose gold. It has a very nice dial with shark tooth hour markers and shows only slight patina. Its on a brown alligator strap with rose gold Omega buckle. The watch is in great shape, though the bezel does look like its been polished. The caseback looks untouched though as the gold medallion is still quite textured and stippling is visible. Under the hood is Omega automatic cal. 501 19 jewel chronometer movement, adjusted to 5 positions. Everything functions as it should and keeps good time (-15 sec/day). The non-original crystal does have a swirl mark in it that is visible in some lighting; If you look closely in some of the pictures you can see it. I bought this watch in October and never really bonded with it the way I thought I would so I am putting it up for sale to pursue other timepieces. When I bought it, the previous seller told me he had it serviced 3 years ago, but I have no documentation of this. It works just fine as is, but I would probably have had it serviced if I planned to keep it just for peace of mind (and maybe a regulation if the deviation bothers you).
