FS: A. Lange & Sohne Lange 1, reference 101.025 in platinum, nicknamed the "Stealth" due to the monochromatic case, dial, and date disc color scheme.

Case: Platinum, 38.5 mm, I believe it is unpolished, surface scratches from normal wear throughout that could easily be finished out at the buyer's choosing. Lange can also do this and make it look like new at service.

Dial: Clean, distinct, and iconic Lange 1 dial that I don't know fully gets the attention it deserves given it has a lot of warmth and really takes on the colors of the surrounding environment. Very pleasing and versatile compared to the coldly stark "darth". There are a few minor surface marks on the crystal, these could potentially be buffed out, but they've never bothered me enough to try.

Movement: Working properly, winding, setting, operating smoothly, service history is unknown.

What you should know and why you should buy it: The iconic Lange 1 celebrates its 30th anniversary later this year and the stealth to me has always been a deep cut, insider's secret as it's extremely clean, understated, and elegant, but the weight and warmth of the platinum immediately reminds you this is not an "ordinary" Lange 1. I was concerned the dial would feel cold and stoic, but it has a lot of warmth in the dial that is very dynamic and moody in the light and color of the surrounding environment. What else can be said about the Lange 1; it's a pure work of art front and back and just an absolute joy to own and wear. Price to move to a new good home.
