For sale is my new Eberhard Champion V automatic chronograph watch in polished and brushed stainless steel case that measures 42.8mm in diameter and 14.45mm in thickness. I purchased the watch from the Shopworn retailer on Ebay and paid about $1,350 all-in, after winning the auction.

The Shopworn retailer describes their items as "display items that were lightly handled but never owned." I tried on the watch briefly, but decided I have too many chronographs and letting it go. The condition of the head and leather strap is as it was delivered by the vendor and what I would call "new". I cannot really see any marks on the watch with my 50 years-old eyes 😊 There might be some, but I cannot personally see them.

I own another Eberhard and I can say that their quality and craftmanship is right up there with Breitling and Omega! The fit/finish and detailing are certainly high-end. Even the display box is leather, handmade in Italy. So from the "bang for the buck" perspective, it is off the chart in value. I also love the fact that Ebehard is an independent, family-owned watch company founded in 1887 by Georges Eberhard in La Chaux-de-Fond, Switzerland, with various achievements and design awards.

The Champion V is designed with a distinctly refined and modern style, sprinkled with motorsport inspiration and adventure.

The Champion V is waterproof to 50 m, has a stainless steel case with convex, anti-reflective sapphire glass, a case-back secured by 6 screws enhanced by polished central and satin-finish outer finishes, steel bezel with circular ring in black "eloxage" anodized aluminum on leather strap with a signed "E&Co." buckle.

Please reach out for more high resolution photos.
