Up for your consideration today is my Seiko SPB143 or SBDC101 - the best of the attainable 62MAS family. ​ The watch is just as stunning as you'd think and punches way above its price point for finishing and aesthetics. The case finishing is just shy of my Tudors and gives Oris a solid run for their money. The best line is the chamfer running from lug tip to lug tip - it sparkles in natural light. ​ The grey dial is extremely dynamic and can look black at off angles or have the vibrant sunburst I tried to reproduce in the pictures. The pictures are as revealing as possible - bright artificial light and a real camera. To the naked eye, there are only a few marks on the lug edges from daily wear in my rotation, it otherwise looks fantastic. I never wore it on the bracelet so I cannot comment on comfort or sizing, but it is in similarly good shape. ​ The watch comes with the full kit of box, papers, spare links, warranty card, etc. ​ Asking $850 shipped in the CONUS via FedEx.
