Description: The French watchmaker Yema distributed watches and timers under the Le Jour brand in the US market. This timer, with its original box, is in near mint condition. If it was ever used, it was done so sparingly. Dial is perfect. Crystal is free of any blemishes. Case is in outstanding condition and measures 53mm in diameter. Eye-grabbing bright orange hands re-set to ‘100.’ The timer fully winds, starts and stops as it should. After doing a bit of web research on this model, I could only find one example, so it may truly be a ‘rare bird.’ The date of manufacture is unknown to me; if I had to guess I’d say circa late 1970s - very early 1980s.
