Like new Pagani Design 39mm BB Chrono with Panda dial and VK64 Seiko mechaquartz chronograph movement, with sweeping chrono hand. Comes with boxes/papers.

Top-hat domed sapphire crystal
Black ceramic tachymeter bezel
Seiko VK64 mechaquartz movement
Signed screw down crown and screw down chrono pushers for 100m water resistance
Bracelet with solid links, female solid end links, screw pin construction, solid milled clasp (sized for 6.5" wrist but many removed links included)
39mm case diameter is a great size for most wrists and 20mm lug width great for strap changes
The PD1718 does not display the seconds hand. The large seconds hand acts as a 'stopwatch'. The small dial at 9 o'clock acts as a 'minute counter' and the small dial at 3 o'clock acts as a '24-hour coun
High quality Japanese Seiko VK64 quartz movement from Japan with chronograph function. The battery life is about 3 years under normal operation. The VK63 requires a battery cell number 394 (SR936SW)

The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
