For sale today is a beautiful pocket-watch-shaped clock. Looks like a giant pocket watch, but it was either a desk clock that hangs on a hook, or it might even be a car dashboard clock, as the first dashboard clocks were basically just large pocket watches. Marked inside as "The Atlas Watch". Swiss made. I feel like this timepiece needs a good home! It is in working condition. Runs smoothly and consistently. However, it is not running on time. Losing many minutes per day. It will need to be serviced in order to get it running on time. Height from bottom to the top of the ring on top measures approximately 95mm. Beautifully printed porcelain dial with Roman numerals. Unfortunately, there is one piece of damage to the dial, visible at the 8 o'clock position. The dial is otherwise perfect, as is the condition of the crystal, which appears to be acrylic.
