Selling off a few watches from my collection as part of this year’s consolidation :) Next up is this very unique Seamaster with a special ‘birthmark’ – a small Portuguese import stamp on its top left lug. These stamps markings came from watches that were imported into Portugal back in the day, and usually was made as a small mark (around 1.5mm wide). Bearing the reference 166.003, this example is also executed in a more uncommon gold hands and markers + crosshair variation, which really pops in the light. It holds the reliable caliber 565 automatic which is running really well and with a snappy date change (push-pull). The dial is super clean and the case is in great condition and is unpolished, with the Seamaster logo at the casebook clear and sharp. The glass is a generic replaced one, but the crown is original and Omega signed. Measures 34.5mm across excluding the crown. It comes equipped with a nice blue leather strap that really brings out the gold tones in my opinion.
