From my private collection comes this 100% original 1972 King Seiko 5626-5010 Japan Domestic Market and made for one year only.
So if you have been born in 1972 and are looking for a birth year watch, here's your chance.

This watch is in great condition for a watch more than 50 years old, it has been photographed with every nick and scratch highlighted, believe me the watch looks way better in the flesh and the color changing dial and the faceted crystal are so hard to catch on camera.

The square case is unpolished and has got a brand new original Seiko Faceted Crystal installed.
The dial looks amazing, no signs of patina, vertically brushed going from light grey to charcoal black depending on the lighting in combination with the faceted glass.
Applied indices and the original handset are in superb condition. The watch has got a cool Kanji-English Day disc so you can display the day in either Japanese or English, Saturday is in blue, Sunday in red!

This watch comes on the original steel bracelet with KS signed clasp, two broken mini-links but still good wearable, also this watch comes with extra links for the bracelet, so if you are handy mending bracelets...

The King Seiko 5626 hi-beat automatic movement runs like a charm, the Kanji and English day and date both quick set correctly, and the watch keeps good time.
