Manufacturing of Waltham watches took place at their facility in Waltham, Massachusetts.* This Waltham timepiece was manufactured in Waltham, Massachusetts and was finished in 1919. The watch is powered by the Waltham No 220-grade movement, which was Waltham’s flagship 15 jewel movement manufactured from 1896-1932. The movement has been restored and custom refinished with vibrant blue accents. The accents were created through thermally treating each movement part by hand to color the iron-based components. The enamel lettering on the movement has been restored and the jewel casings have been polished to restore their original bright, golden color. The Waltham dial is in excellent condition and features no sub-second hand, which is a rare example, as most American watches manufactured at this time featured a sub second hand. The watch is cased in a new silver-colored wristwatch conversion case so the watch can be enjoyed on your wrist. The watch comes fully serviced and ready for your next adventure.
