I’ve decided to part with this 165.003 1966
calibre 552. I’m asking £485.00.
I’m planning on selling it head only but if a buyer wants the aftermarket bracelet that it’s currently on I can include it (with extra links links) for an additional £25.00.
It’s in good running order. The signed (recessed) crown operates properly. The watch sets properly and keeps good time.
I’ve owned it since 2021 and haven’t had the need to either service it or repair it.
The case is very attractive and 34mm in diameter. The lugs are 18mm in width.
I appreciate that there are a lot of photos but I thought it might help.
The unusual case profile is in the photos.
The case is stainless steel and the dial looks slightly different depending on the light. The indices are gold coloured.
There are two minor defects. First a minor crack in the side of the crystal in the region of the 11 marker. Second three comparatively hard to see patinated spots on either side of the dial logo.
I’m in the UK but happy to send anywhere by Royal Mail signed for and I'll ascertain the cost of postage for the buyer once I know where they’re based.
