Gotta catch ‘em all - so many iterations of the Cartier Tank released, and a big part of what we love about the Must de Cartier line in particular is all the dial variations. This happens to be my personal my favorite, the Column Dial. Such a unique design. They don’t come up as often, and almost never in a set like this… Straight from the original owner, everything kept down to the original sales receipt from 1992! DIAL: Gorgeous cream/off white colored dial with gold lines and Roman numerals. It has that classic Cartier feel with some great added flare. Clean condition, crispy printing, and of course those sweet blued hands. CASE: This is the vintage men’s version, measuring in at 23.5MM x 30.5MM. A small and classy watch, equally suitable today as a unisex swatch. Pictured on my 6.6 inch wrist, it wears beautifully. The Vermeil case, a Cartier staple of gold over sterling silver appears unpolished showing some gold patina and light wear throughout, mostly on the case sides. All in you’d be hard pressed to find a cleaner example! MOVEMENT: Grab and go Swiss quartz was serviced by the previous owner less than a month ago, working perfectly as expected. STRAP: Comes on its original Cartier brown leather strap with original Cartier buckle. Strap has wear, of course being vintage leather, including some staining on the back but still soft and looks and feels great. ACCESSORIES: Incredible to find a set this complete - out white cardboard Cartier box with serial number, inner red Cartier box, Cartier paperwork holder and all three booklets including the serialize guarantee. Even the sales receipt showing this was bought in 1992 for 750 bucks! (Dealer wrote partial serial number on the paperwork and receipt, matching between the watch and outer box.) Just awesome to see, and perfect for gifting! PRICE: $2450 which will include 2 day fully insured shipping through FedEx anywhere in the US.
