Numbered watch, box, papers.** This is a rare limited edition from Hamilton, based on the watch they created for the movie 2001: Space Odyssey. Titanium case, rubber strap. The watch can display 5 different time zones – 2 on the main dial and 3 on the sub dials (note the sub-dials only feature hour hands as the idea was to use the time from the minute hand on the main dial). The main dial features an internal bezel that can be set to show the second time zone. Because of the complexity Hamilton opted to make this a quartz watch rather than an automatic. This is a truly unique piece and I always get asked about it when I wear it. There are scratches on the case, but they are not so noticeable when it’s worn. Please note that the main dial works with issue, but the 3 sub-dials no longer function – to be honest I never really had a reason to use them even when they functioned, they are much more of a design element. Watch comes with box and papers – the box is the original aluminum box that came with it, which includes a stand for the watch. $1100 shipped.
