Did you know Omega made a Seamaster version of the famous Chronostop? The main differences included a larger case size of 41 mm and a water resistance of 120 meters. Not bad for a watch made in 1969. The Seamaster Chronostop came in two references: 145.007 and 145.008. The former has a fixed bezel with tachymeter, telemeter, pulsations, or decimal scales. As for the latter, it came in three rotating bezel variants: 24-hour, regatta, and diving. The diving (or elapsed time) bezel is the most useful out of the bunch. Inside, you’ll find the workhorse Omega 865 movement, with 17 jewels and 21,600 bph. This example has two signed crowns. Second hand appears to be a replacement — priced accordingly. **Details & More** **Condition:** Honest wear throughout. Light case scratches, dial shows aging. No major damage or abuse.
