Selling my limited edition Seiko x Rowing Blazers collab which sold out in minutes upon release and comes as a full kit with the full length bracelet, NATO strap, inner special edition tin & outer box along with the warranty card, hang tag, etc. This is a Seiko 5 that was designed by the founders of Rowing Blazers, Jack Carlson and Eric Wind, who are both watch collectors and huge Seiko fans. The watch’s display case back is emblazoned a Rowing Blazers motto “TEMPVS FVGIT”, or “time flies”, along with their thoughtful skeleton motif. This watch has been worn a few times, both on the NATO and on the bracelet (currently sized at 7.7” with two extra links), but never heavily used or abused at all. It has no noticeable marks seen on the wrist and appears in excellent condition. Under 5X magnification (please see magnified photo with red arrows), I can see a slight mark on the crystal and on the edge of the bezel between the 5 & 10 mark that is unnoticeable to my naked eye. I am asking $650 obo which includes insured shipping and tracking within the United States. I accept payment via PayPal F&F, Zelle, or Venmo. The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
