Hello all— i have my super cool seiko 7a28 up for sale today! this is really one of the coolest watches in my collection at the moment and i’m looking to sell to open up some funds for an awesome modding project im looking to do for myself. i don’t have much history for this particular model, but the overall condition almost speaks for itself! a notable blemish is some scratching on the crystal at around the 10 o clock quadrant. however, the bezel is very much in tact, which is rare to see of models like this— the orange numerals really pop out! i would definitely say the most pressing issue with the watch is the 30-minute register on the chronograph. it does not properly move when the chronograph hand passes a minute, but it can reset when you push the buttons manually. perhaps just a sticky hand? i’m not quite sure. all other functions work great. it keeps time well chronograph hand moves as expected and so do the 10th of a second sub dial and running seconds subdial! i have it on a different genuine seiko quartz bracelet as well. in my opinion it integrates into the case much better than the original and it can probably fit up to a 7.5inch wrist. currently set to my 6.75inch/17cm wrist with much room to spare in the clasp. this is truly an iconic seiko because of that 10th of a second sub register and i believe the 7A28 is also the world’s first quartz chronograph(!?) i am asking $375 for this marvelous seiko SHIPPED via USPS priority shipping. i take paypal and just add 3.5% to the total if you use goods & services option! please let me know if you have any questions at all thanks!
