Up for sale is my Seiko Prospex Monster SRPH75K1. Watch is in excellent pre-owned condition and I can see no scratches, dents, cracks etc. There may be the slightest wisps or hairlines on the clasp but almost indistinguishable. Crystal and cyclops are perfect. The watch is mechanically perfect and keeping time accurately. The details and color of the dial look spectacular and unique. Photos are difficult to do it justice. I purchased the watch new in June 2023 from a watch store on a cruise ship (for over $500) and have worn the watch only a handful of times. Unfortunately I lost the original box and papers, so the watch will come without these. The watch has all but 1 link in the bracelet and will fit a wrist up to about 7.6”. Im in a tight financial spot, so I’ve priced at $290 to sell as quickly as possible. I prefer Zelle but also can accept Venmo. I will also include free shipping within CONUS. The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
