I'm selling this brand new, unworn (and partially still in plastic) Addiesdive model AD2026 watch that I modified from quartz to high-beat automatic with a Tianjin Seagull ST1812 movement. The ST1812 is a super-thin (only 3.88 mm thick), automatic movement based on the ETA 2892A2 specifications with the same beat rate of 28,800 bph and similar smooth winding action of the ETA original. The stock ST1812 movement was modified in order to convert it to a true no-date movement with only two crown positions (i.e. no "ghost date" or "phantom"). There is no danger of damaging the movement by unknowingly changing some hidden date wheel while the time is in the "danger zone". The movement was fitted into the case with a custom-designed movement holder and regulated according to the timegrapher screenshots. I can't guarantee you'll receive it as such, since conditions may change during shipping. The idea of doing a movement swap on a quartz watch may sound a little crazy, but the Addiesdive AD2026 is one of the few homage watches that's slim enough to take full advantage of the thinness of the 2892A2 specification while still having all the refinements of a more-premium automatic. The 316L stainless steel case has a nice, thin bezel and slim lugs reminiscent of a vintage Explorer style watch. The AR-coated sapphire crystal is top hat style, but the case, including crystal, is still only 11.27 mm in overall thickness. The all-brushed, oyster style bracelet has solid endlinks and 100% milled deployant clasp with double-button release.
