The watch is working and keeping time. When setting the time it is necessary to pull out the crown and hold tension on it while adjusting the time (the crown wants to spring back). I have not run across a movement that works this way, so I do not know if this is normal operation for this company's movements.
The nice Hirsch strap is very complimentary to the color of the lume.
As you see in the pictures the case is nickel with wire lugs and marked Relief Watch Co. Swiss
