Long story short, I bought this like two years ago from a guy who said it was mechanically perfect. That wasn't true, he refused to take it back, and it's sat ever since. Time for me to it get rid of it. Known issues: the screw down crown seems to only have like a half turn of thread engagement. The crown is wobbly on the stem (but works fine for winding and setting). The day and date change over around 4:15 (not even close to midnight lol). When you pull the crown all the way out, the movement/dial shift ever so slightly in the case. The good: it does seem to keep decent time actually. No problems winding or setting it, either. The whole outside is in pretty good condition as well (no major scratches or anything). Watch is sold as-is for what I think is still a pretty reasonable price given the desirable and rarity of this model. I'm sure getting it serviced would be beneficial, but I just wanna be rid of this thing so off it goes. Might entertain reasonable offers, but I'd rather donate it than field insulting offers.
