With Tough Solar, Multiband 6, a fully DLC-coated steel case, softer and more comfortable urethane band, and production at Casio’s premium Yamagata factory, this is truly the best resin-cased G-Shock you can buy today. In the words of Fratello, “There may not be too many times in my life when I’ll be able to afford the best. I’m happy that I can with this G-Shock.” Purchased from Chino Watch in Japan shortly before the model began being offered in the US, so this has the JDM model number and Japanese instruction booklet. Otherwise, it is identical to US and European offerings. In excellent condition. Crystal and case are perfect and free from any marks. Worn occasionally in rotation since purchase, so there are some inevitable very minor scuffs to the bezel and band that were difficult to photograph. Syncs without issue. I baby my watches, so it has always been kept on high charge and never dropped, whacked, dinged, or exposed to water or any other damages.
