The white gold case on this is in incredible condition and just glows, and so does the sapphire crown inlay when the light hits it, it’s beautiful. The case is also a fairly substantial 28.5mm across without crown and 38.5mm long. Lug width is 18mm. It definitely has a lot of presence on the wrist,as shown on my \~6.75" for reference in the pictures. Movement is the LeCoultre manual wind 818/2 in good running order, winds and sets very smoothly.
