For sale from my personal collection is the discontinued Longines HydroConquest reference L3.742.4.96.6. This is the previous gen automatic variant with the beautiful blue dial on factory bracelet. The sunburst blue dial is very subtle under most lights, going midnight/black in certain low lights, and absolutely pops when the sun hits it. IMHO a much more charismatic diver than the current ceramic model. I’ve wanted one on/off ever since the model launched, but never got around to it for one reason or another, and when I finally did I immediately got the call for my grail and that has been on my wrist ever since. But that’s how it goes sometimes in this hobby. So I would like to find a new home for it, because it really is a phenomenal watch that deserves to be worn and enjoyed. I am the original owner, purchased new this year in March. Comes with all links and everything at time of purchase, including a Longines pen. **Condition:** Worn twice before it got delegated to a permanent spot in the watch box, along with all the other watches that’s not the Day-Date, so overall in near perfect condition. Kept time well within COSC, +2-3 spd last I wore it, though as always, YMMV. Date change exactly at midnight. Hands, bezel, and datewheel all lineup beautifully. Best QC I’ve seen in any watch sub-10k period, right up there with my Blancpain FF’s. During each of the very few times I’ve had to unthread the crown it was threaded back in with back-threading to seat the threads and prevent cross-threading, slowly threaded in, and immediately stopped at resistance as not to prevent over-compression of the gasket. Always wound slowly and never more than necessary, so as to minimize wear on the winding gears. Bracelet has never been removed. And as you can probably deduced by now, it was never dropped and always laid down most gently. **Price:** Priced to sell, $850 shipped and insured CONUS. Bank wire or Zelle only due to scams, unless I personally know you. No trades please, no reserving without a deposit, and first to pay takes it. I am not a dealer or dealer-wannabe, only a watch enthusiast. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented. **Timestamp:** [https://imgur.com/a/j4wgAfp](https://imgur.com/a/j4wgAfp) **Spec:** [https://www.longines.com/en-us/p/watch-hydroconquest-l3-742-4-96-6](https://www.longines.com/en-us/p/watch-hydroconquest-l3-742-4-96-6)
