The oem strap is worn and the loop is fraying which ive highlighted in a picture, the watch it self has some hairline scratches around the case and caseback as well as the buckle, I would rate it a 8/10 in terms of condition as it is unavoidable to have hairline scratches on the high polish case but it is all just cosmetic.
