Includes outer box sleeve, main box and warranty card through watchmaxx. Purchased 7/7/21 through watchmaxx and can include screenshots of original receipt. The bezel and crystal are great with no major wear or anything. The deployment clasp on the rubber strap has some hairline scratches from daily use. Let me know if you have any questions.
