[WTS] 1970s Le Jour Two-Register Chronograph with Singer Dial π
**Description:** This is a quite rare Le Jour with what is almost certainly a [“Singer” designed dial](https://rolexpassionreport.com/24419/the-history-of-the-exotic-rolex-paul-newman-dial-designs/). Singer being associated with Paul Newman Rolexes and that specific dial design language. You can catch another example of Bucherer using the same dial in one of their watches about halfway down that linked page. Bucherer was a long time collaborator with Rolex and Le Jour. I'm only aware of two other such examples of this specific watch, with one currently for sale on Ebay from a [sketchy seller](https://www.ebay.com/itm/375382721825) Just a really cool rally style chronograph with great design language and colors. . **Condition** *Very good* overall condition with some minor scratches you can see in the photos. Definitely collector’s quality. Runs well if a bit stiff. Last serviced in 2018 from what I understand from the original seller. **Specs:** * Hirsch Italian leather rally strap (black w/ dark grey stitching) * ETA Ca. 7765 manual wind movement * 36mm width * 46mm length * 22mm lug width * Acrylic crystal **Relevant comp and additional context:** * [Retro Watch Guy](https://www.retrowatchguy.com/products/nos-70s-lejour-singer-dial-valjoux-7765-racing-chrono) * [Photo Album](https://imgur.com/a/FEcUxoT) * [Timestamp](https://imgur.com/a/XqYAs8P) **Price/Trades/Sales Notes** * $999 obo shipped conus w/ insurance * No trades **Payment:** * Venmo, Paypal F&F, Zelle. **I have instant messaging intentionally disabled, private DIRECT messages only, please. The price of this watch is an outlier for this particular model and not included in the distribution. It may be miscategorized, incorrectly priced, or extremely unique.
