For sale is my rare Seiko Chronometer "Golden Starlight" Gold Cap ref. 5626-7090. To my knowledge this is the original "starlight" dial from Seiko and it is paired with the famous first automatic Hi-Beat cal. 5626 in Chronometer grade. This particular Gold Cap version has a thin gold shroud of 14k yellow gold which is thick enough to be polished unlike plated gold cases. The watch has the original white day wheel in Spanish as well as the original silver date wheel. Currently running a few minutes +/- a day.  Caseback says 5626-7090 making this an export model, which is pretty unique. And mismatching 7090/91 serial was common in this model.
