Good evening, WatchEx! Third for today: An extremely limited German beauty, the Junghans Meister Chronoscope USA Edition, now with an exceptional Delugs Signature leather in matte black. Reposted/reduced price. Back to my bread and butter - German watches. Junghans makes some of the cleanest chronographs on the market, and their case design is always, always gorgeous. This, the USA Edition Meister Chronoscope, is a bit more bold than what you typically see from Junghans. This special edition is a slight variation on an existing Meister Chronoscope - to fit with the USA theme, the 12 is now red, the subdial hands are tipped in red, and it comes with a very nice multi-tool from renowned toolmaker Richartz - with this Neo 26+ pocket tool receiving the Red Dot award for German design prowess. Back to the watch itself, it's a perfectly finished DLC case with rotating friction bezel (no click), in a case shape that's truly not seen anywhere outside of Junghans. Don't be fooled by the size, either - the short lugs and cleverly designed case allow this to wear very comfortably on wrists under 7", too. The strap that they've paired this special edition with is every bit as nice as it looks, too - but for those that prefer a more subtle look, I'm including an unworn Delugs Signature Togo leather in matte black that I feel accentuates the matte black case very nicely.
