Very minimal marks/hairlines on the case and bracelet with some light scratches on the caseback. The watch has a steel case on an original steel Rolex bracelet. Ceramic bezel insert has a few light scratches (has to be tilted under certain lighting to be seen) as well as a small dot on the sapphire crystal. Would rate the bezel and crystal an 8/10.
