Price changed to $14,000. Original post below. Well, this one hurts. I am in the unfortunate position to pass along my Vacheron Constantin 6782. I spent three years looking for this piece, and finally found one last year, but my house needs repairs and this is how I have to make it happen. There were about 200 of these made in total over 10 years by Vacheron in the late 60s into the 70s. It is the first automatic Vacheron movement to receive the Geneva Seal for it's movement decoration. There were numerous dial configurations, but I'm partial to the linen dial of this piece (shocking, i know). The piece is 36mm and has a very modern 20mm spacing between the lugs, which gives it a very modern look on the wrist. This example is UNPOLISHED, which I believe makes it one of the best examples left in the world. The watch is running strong, and the date change is snappy right at midnight. I am looking for $14,000 ~~$15,000~~ Cash or Zelle, and believe that to be a fair price. I am happy to facetime, and can meet face to face in Baltimore or DC.
