[WTS] A Pair of Douglas Wolbrook Limited Editions... The Outrider Laffly & Original Skindiver Worldtimer Kickstarter Edition, Both Mint, Both with Boxes, Papers, Travel Pouches... Plus a Bunch of Extra Straps
Many more photos & timestamp: [https://imgur.com/a/qeNvTUO](https://imgur.com/a/qeNvTUO) Up for grabs from my collection are a pair of Douglas Wolbrook limited editions. Both in beautiful condition. I can’t find any blemish even worth mentioning on watch cases, bezels, crystals, or straps. I hate to part with these, but must make room for new incoming. First… The Douglas Wolbrook Skindiver Worldtimer LE 0031 of 1078. This is the original Kickstarter X-15 that is much harder to find than the subsequent versions. It has the Miyota 8215 automatic, which can also be hand-wound but does not hack. (Note: The watch is running as it should and is very accurate, but for the sake of full disclosure… the 8215 movement’s rotor has been well-documented online as being noisy, and this one can be heard rotating. There is nothing wrong with it… just noisier than most automatic watches and normal for the 8215. Reminds me a little bit of the Valjoux 7750.) This one has a black dial, with a SS bezel and Hesalite crystal. The watch has 20mm lugs with overall dimensions of 40mm width x 48mm lug to lug and 13mm thick. It comes with original boxes, papers, and travel pouch. This one has a white dial, the Seiko VH60 Mecaquartz movement, and a Hesalite crystal. The watch is running as it should and looks like new. Comes with the original box, papers, and travel pouch. The watch has 20mm lugs with overall dimensions of 38mm width x 46.5mm lug to lug and 12mm thick. Find out more about it here… [https://wolbrook.com/products/outrider-professional-mecaquartz-38-field-watch-white-limited-edition?\_pos=17&\_sid=ff94b1c17&\_ss=r](https://wolbrook.com/products/outrider-professional-mecaquartz-38-field-watch-white-limited-edition?_pos=17&_sid=ff94b1c17&_ss=r) As for the straps. This pair will come with four OEM straps.: A Wolbrook green nylon NATO with brown leather trim, and a brown leather bund. A Wolbrook green nylon NATO with no bund. A Wolbrook brown leather strap. A Wolbrook black Tropic style rubber strap. All are in like new condition with Wolbrook buckles. All straps are interchangeable between the two watches. In addition, you will receive three more straps and a bracelet that will fit both watches. These include an Erika’s Original MN 2-piece strap in black, a Geckota flat link bracelet, and two NASA/Astronaut style Velcro straps. These are also in either new or like-new condition. I could go on and on about the quality and detail put into this resurrected French micro-brand, and these specific tool watches. I’ve been on a micro-brand buying spree and all the Wolbrook Douglas watches I’ve acquired compare nicely to several other micro-brand watches I’ve purchased recently from Lorier, Geckota, Forzo, and Dan Henry, to name a few. As mentioned, I’m only moving these two along to make room for and fund some other micro-brands I’d like to try. The price for the two watches and assortment of straps: $450 The watches will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, insured for the purchase price and requiring a signature. Payment by PPGS. Shipping to ConUS and PP fees on me. Note: I have 14 transactions recorded in this forum. For additional reference, please check out my selling activity on eBay (seller ID over there is thomsen45) where I have 600+ transactions, and years of mostly watch sales... with 100% feedback.
