Today’s offering is a Christopher Ward C60 Blue Limited Edition in excellent condition. This was a 500 piece limited edition released in late 2020, in partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation. It’s based on the C60 Sapphire. The dial is similar to the C60 sapphire which featured a 0.6mm thick disk of sapphire with a blue transparent polymer sheet. The difference is this limited edition adds waves for a truly amazing dial. Case size is 40mm. Movement is the SW200. It's lived in the watch box - only worn a handful of times. This is the full kit. Still covered by the CW 5 year guarantee.

Looking for $950 shipped and insured, CONUS. Payment via Zelle. Pricing is firm on this one - price paid, plus the ridiculous DHL duty. International buyers are possible at my discretion, assuming they cover shipping costs. No trades on this one.

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
