We all know the Bulova Lunar pilot but this one here takes the details to the next level. The star of the show is of course the Meteorite dial, a detail that is fitting for a watch that is known for its connection to the moon. The dial can be subdued but can also be ferocious, showing the white hot temperatures of the meteorite from which it was derived, a spectacular effect on wrist that sadly can't be captured with 2-dimensional pictures. Further, the case is grade 5 titanium which offers a far more comfortable experience on the wrist as compared to the standard version. The strap is leather with quick release. This is also in the 'smaller' case at 43.5mm, I measure the lug to lug length somewhere between 50mm and 50.6mm. Watch remains in excellent condition as seen in pictures. The strap is used a few times its been on wrist and remains in very good condition.
