Currently, this watch is sized to a 7.3" inch wrist but does NOT come with additional links. **Overview of Condition:**  * I view this item as in great condition to the naked eye * No noticeable scuffings or marks to the bezel * The bracelet does have minor desk wear - I view the bracelet as in very good to excellent shape  * There is scuffs / scratches on the bracelet clasp, which is noticeable * Overall, this watch is in excellent condition - but may benefit from a quick polishing. Where there is minor scuffs, these are considered minor and very surface level, and could easily be buffed out to restore the watch to "like-new" condition
