Here is for sale a 165.024-64 in extremely appealing condition 😁
It is a true drawer/barn find I bought from an estate sale I was very enthusiastic about because that’s how I like to find them…But as it happens, I have an other one in the almost exactly same configuration but and, well, you can’t keep them all 😅

It apparently sat unused for decades missing its crown. All I did was buy a new stem and a period correct flat link crown. And give the case a good ultrasonic bath because it was full of wrist cheese (and polywatch on the crystal)…

Case : very sharp lines as is the hippocampus on the caseback. Sharpest I’ve seen actually…

Crystal : original crazed Omega etched

Dial : excellent with a pumpkin patina. Very deep black, almost sparkly. Very clean original lume

Hands : lume a little lighter in shade but very clean too

Insert : original, matching patina in very good condition. Slight shock at 50

Movement : cal 552, 23.4M serial. Works but definitely needs a service. Probably hasn’t seen a watchmaker in a very long time.

I’m confident this watch will clean very well

Price : for this one, I would like 8k€ + shipping. Paiement by wire, PayPal or wise possible.
Would be willing to trade for a very nice mk2 polerouter sub.
I intended to have it serviced and keep it, I probably can have it serviced by a trusted watchmaker before selling at cost if the buyer wants
