Getting rid of something I haven't been wearing. I just picked up a Navitimer and decided it is finally time to part with my my speedy. Up for sale is my Omega Speedmaster Automatic Day Date 5520.50.00. 39MM This a really neat in overall good condition for its age, with only some little chipping in black paint on the bezel. I love this watch but need to move some pieces on to fund another purchase. Includes inner and outer boxes manual and extra links, currently sized for my 7.5 inch wrist. I bought this in for service last year and after it stopped running well and I had a full major service/rebuild done in February of 24 for $1000 and the watchmaker provides a 5 year warranty since then. Cool funky and complicated watch. Has Omega 1151, Valjoux 7751 movement, Sapphire and lots of lume. Reference - 3520.50.00 Case diameter - 39 mm Between lugs - 18 mm Crystal - Scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal with anti‑reflective treatment inside Water resistance- 5 bar (50 metres / 165 feet) Caliber - Omega 1151 Asking $1950 Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal FF. Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
