Hi everyone, for sale today is a nice brown patinated Omega Seamaster 14775.

1. General introduction

A stainless steel Omega Seamaster 14775, working good, 34.5mm, beautiful brown patinated dial.
Brand: Omega; Model: Seamaster; Reference: 14775. Origin: I bought this watch on eBay in 2019.

2. Detail

Dial: Original evenly distributed brown patinated dial; date windown at 3; original hands and hour markers; lume on hour markers has been lost; hanger "Seamaster".
Case: The diameter is 34.5mm without the crown. The case in good condition, no obvious dings or dents. Original Omega signed crown.
Movement: Manual wind 610 movement with the serial No 17844768, dated around 1960. The watch is running, all functions work as they should. Last service in mid 2023 (no receipt).
Glass: Original glass in good condition with Omega logo, no visible scratches.
Strap: Just a noname cheap strap and buckle. So IMO the next owner should get a new strap.
Accessory: Watch only.

3. Payment and shipping

Priced: 550 Euro Net to me, with shipping fee by UPS in EU included.
Payment forms: Bank transfer or Paypal.
References: Still no official reference but I did make a transaction with a member here before and he seems pleased.

Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
