This piece is done in the classic 44GS case, an iconic Grand Seiko case paired with a white vertically striped teak-style dial. The dial markers and hands are classic Grand Seiko design language, and the blue GMT text and blued steel GMT hand add a perfect little pop of color. Movement is the caliber 9S86, a 36,000bph GMT automatic with the smoothest-sweeping seconds hand you'll get anywhere outside of a Spring Drive. The sapphire display caseback shows off the high level of movement finishing. This case also has a screwdown crown. The movement is in excellent running condition, as shown on the timegrapher face up it’s at zero seconds per day, with very good amplitude and low beat error. The case itself measures 40mm in diamater without the screw down crown, with a 46.2mm lug to lug lenth and 19mm lug width. This particular example is in near mint condition, unworn, with bracelet and caseback stickers still on it.
