Hi WatchExchange, For sale today is IMO the  ideal budget friendly field watch, the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Murph in 38mm.  This one I already feel like I might regret selling in the future.   When the Murph came out in 38mm, I knew I wanted it right away.  It’s a field watch but leans more into the realm of classy side on the factory leather strap.  Then when the Uncle Strap company released bracelet options for it, I jumped on that right away too, for some added versatility. The silvery cathedral handset against a matte black dial and light cream colored text make this an easily  readable timepiece.  With bold numeric hour markings and a minute track that includes 1/3rd indices, it’s clearly a field watch in design.  Just beyond the dial is a polished bezel (the only polished part of the watch) which adds a touch of dressy flash.  The rest of the watch is all about utility, especially on the oyster-style Uncle bracelet, with brushed finishing and a large crown for manual winding and time setting. The watch will be shipped with the bracelet installed, but of course will include the factory strap.  I had the strap on an Artem depoloyant buckle, which caused one of the holes to stretch a bit.  You can’t tell when the watch is on, but you can clearly see that in the picture of the underside of the strap.
