Great to start off the new year with an affordable, but not just any ol’ watch, this is a stone cold classic! The Seiko SKX line should be in every collection - so much watch for the money! But this isn’t just any ol’ SKX, it’s the now discontinued “Bumblebee” ref SKXA35 Malaysian version - here in a full and complete collector’s set! YEAR: 2010 DIAL: Just awesome bright yellow day date dial playing against the classic black bezel, hence the bumblebee nickname - such a fun combo! And this is a fantastic example - dial, bezel, and crystal, even in macro, appear near mint! CASE: 42MM stainless case with that classic SKX lowered crown - save for a couple of scratches on the highly polished areas only seen in macro, you’d be hard-pressed to find a cleaner example! MOVEMENT: Grab and shake Seiko staple, the cal 7S26 automatic is a workhorse! Service history unknown, but setting beautifully and timegrapher numbers are good at 12 seconds a day with an amplitude of 202. STRAP: Comes on a brand new model correct Seiko rubber strap, only worn to photograph! ACCESSORIES: Full and complete collector set, everything down to the original priced hangtag, (inflation be darned, keeping the price the same! ) All booklets and guarantee card included, and double boxes (some light wear/writing on the outer box) - very cool to find a full example!
