Seiko 5 Sports Automatic Diver 7019-6000, JDM piece, from Nov 1969, Black dial version, in overall excellent vintage condition, running well. Purchased from Hub City Vintage in November 2021, fully serviced by Seth Roberts from HCV just before purchase.
Stainless steel cushion case, with few marks from use, hand polished retains good factory lines. Screw down Proof horse shoe caseback with light marks
Original matte black dial, applied silver/lume indices, original lume with hint of patina
Quickset Engllish/Kanji day/date works
Outer black chapter ring rotates smoothly with crown
Original silver/lume hands, red sweep seconds in good condition
Original crown at 4:00 position, works well
Replaced new thick hardlex crystal, with no scratches visible
Original Daini 7019A 21 J automatic, clean and runs well. Service history serviced just before my purchase Nov 2021 by Seth Roberts, HubCity Vintage Watches, who does complete service on all watches he sells. I have not opened watch to preserve water resistance with recent service.
Replaced 19 mm black rubber strap.
