IWC Portugieser Chronograph “150 Years” – deeply rooted heritage defines the IWC brand: 2018 marked a serious milestone for IWC – the Portugieser, also previously known as the Portuguese, was released in limited runs of 2000 pieces to commemorate 150 years of IWC history. Black printed markers are applied to a white lacquer dial – 12 layers deep and polished to perfection – lending a nod to the enamel dials used on the original pocket watches from the brand.
