Having found myself in the curious position of owning 2 of the same Explorer reference, courtesy of a family member, I am offering the newer one for sale. This is the Reference 124270, purchased by me recently from a Canadian AD in the summer of 2023,. I am the original and only owner. The watch has been professionally sized, with a single link removed, and then worn only for a few photographs. Case, dial, bracelet and crystal are immaculate, with no dings, dents or scratches. It is for all intents and purposes a new watch. Timekeeping on the winder is predictably, erm, superlative, at between + .3-.7 spd. This revised reference has an exceptionally liquid dial, with the hands seeming to float in free space. It's a remarkably winning and wearable watch.

It will ship from or within Canada with its OEM box, papers, spare bracelet link and transferable international warranty running through July, 2028. Asking USD 7750.00 net to me. Fully-insured shipping will be arranged by the buyer at her/ his expense.

Though I'd prefer straight sale, trades will be considered possible with established OF members only for excellent to mint condition tool watch candidates from Rolex, JLC, Tudor, Omega, Grand Seiko, Cartier, IWC, Sinn, etc. Not interested in adding to any trade.
