I got it, it is in incredible mint condition, took it to my service shop and opened it, all looks good nothing is rusted, time is faster by a minute approx. per day, within normal range. However, it does look a little different than other tanks, which has a thinner logo than this one, and has a more polished gears than this. You can DM me for the photos and the comparisons. I’ve asked around reddit, my friend who is a vintage dealer in Hong Kong, and a friend who currently works at Cartier. The Cartier friend said it does look different, but since Cartier produced so many variations it’s impossible to verify unless we send it to Cartier for servicing at a cost of $620. My vintage dealer friends said this looks no problem. Some redditors swear it’s a fake, most are in debate. You can check my reddit history for entire discussion. I’ve been wearing it and feeling a roller coaster of emotions and now I’m really just enjoying it. I kinda think it’s cool it sparks so many discussions, and it feels amazing on my wrist, the ratio is very classic tank and looks great. The original straps is also in mint condition. I have a Cartier red velvet pouch to go with it. Just want everyone to have the full story before considering it. It’s a very awesome watch at this price.
