Up for sale is my **King Seiko 5626-7000, 1968 production** (56KS Hi-Beat 28,800 vph). This is **the best-condition 5626-7000 I have owned/handled in the past 5 years** and a true **collector grade** example—especially for the case. **Highlights / Condition** • **Case:** **Absolutely unpolished with razor-sharp** **Tanaka edges** and no rounded lugs. Only light surface marks consistent with careful handling. **•** **Dial:** Clean, bright white, and original. **Note**: there is a very **small crack** near \~1 o’clock (see close-ups). It’s minor, but I want it fully disclosed. **•** **Crystal:** Clear overall with light signs of age (no major distortion). **•** **Caseback / Medallion:** Original KS medallion is crisp and fully intact. The **original circular brushing (“circle”) is still visible**, indicating **light wear**. **•** **Engraving**: Caseback has engraving “T.C.M.” and “NOV. 14 1968” (shown in photos). **•** **Movement**: Seiko 5626 Hi-Beat (28,800 vph). Service history unknown but it is running accurately. Note: for 1968 56KS, the day/date quickset (“switch”) is typically the **metal type**, not the later plastic one. **•** **Functions:** Time + day/date.
